Khaki: the new summer black. It will come across clean, refined and possibly preppy – but I will always love navy and khaki for a new way to host a formal but not stuffy wedding.  Almost any color can be added to complement these two colors.  Add pink, light or bold, orange, yellow or green to khaki and navy and you will have yourself a well put together array of color.

I think navy is often overlooked, but I anticipate more summer weddings using this as a backdrop to their affair, keeping it formal, but still light and fun.

Add some scrumptious raspberries, decked out in delicious dark chocolate to your wedding day.

The deep, smooth brown color along with the pop of bright red raspberry will create a delectable decor!!

Fall is quickly approaching and my excitement heightens at the striking shades of orange that will start appearing in the weddings.  Orange combined with bright greens, reds, and browns makes for a lovely fall wedding!  Check out these uniquely orange bouquets for inspiration.

This summer, be bold with a bright shade of sapphire throughout your wedding.  This beautiful color looks great against most any color schemes and will make your bridesmaids stand out with all skin tones and hair colors! While the deep blue hue says pure sophistication, it also screams bold and fun.

For a more formal event consider keeping the color scheme clean with ivories, whites and pastels.  If you are hosting a more casual affair and love adding color to your day, consider a hot pink, lime green or orange accent color to spice up the shade.
