Pop the Cork :: Day-Of Coordination

You picked the vendors, signed the contracts and designed your ideal wedding. As the big day gets closer, you deserve to be a guest at your own wedding. You will be at ease as the reception is set properly and everyone is where they need to be on your big day. The day before your wedding I will coordinate your rehearsal and ensure that everyone knows where they are going.  Put your stress aside and trust me to create a wedding day that reflects you and your husband’s personality while treating your guests to a flawless event!

  • 2 hour meeting; one month prior to your wedding day
  • Confirm all contracts and vendor schedules
  • Conduct rehearsal
  • Assist with ceremony/reception setup and decoration
  • Use of all-day wedding emergency kit
  • Coordinate vendors while on-site

Sparkling Fizz :: Basic Planning

Your wedding is 6 months away and you are beginning to realize all of the details that go into a wedding … and you want them all to be perfect!  You have picked your vendors but maybe are unsure about what all should be in the contract.  Use this package to maximize your possibilities and truly focus on creating a memorable event.  Let me worry about the details of the wedding and you worry about getting enough sleep and what to pack for your honeymoon.

  • 2 hour meeting; every month beginning 6 months prior to your wedding
  • Assist in negotiating all contracts with vendors
  • Be the main point of contact for the vendors
  • Unlimited phone and email contact
  • Etiquette advice
  • Obtain room blocks for out-of-town guests

Connoisseur :: Full Service Consulting

This is for the bride who knows exactly what she wants when it comes to her big day, but no time to plan it! She is busy working and needs a counterpart to step in and aid in selecting vendors and reviewing contracts. With this package, you will have unlimited phone and email contact with me when you need your questions answered on the spot. We will meet once a month to review what we have completed and anticipate what is left to do. A detailed itenerary of the wedding will be given to the bridal party and family outlining directions and timelines for everyone.

  • 2 hour meeting every month beginning 1 year prior to your wedding
  • Help plan the bachelorette party with your maid of honor
  • Assistance in budget creation and management
  • Unlimited phone and email contact
  • Etiquette Advice
  • Help create theme and design for the wedding/reception
  • Assist in vendor selection and negotiationg contracts
